Billing is done at a daily rate, on the 15th and last day of the month, for the invoicing period to follow. ( i.e. 15 days in advance or 16 if the month has 31 days)
Payment can be done via e-transfer, visa or MasterCard.

Happy Island Diapers requires two weeks notice for cancellation of service. Customers will be billed for 14 days from the day notice of cancellation is given. Service may be used until final pickup is done, once notice has been given.

Please let us know at least 7 days in advance if you are going on vacation or need to skip a weekly delivery.

We offer discounts on prepaid service. 5% off 3 month packages and 10% off 6 month packages.

We also sell gift certificates and can set you up with a diaper service registry for your baby shower!  Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount and will be applied to your account once you have signed up.

We also have a great referral program! Receive 10% off your own service for every person you refer who uses our service for a month or more. These discounts can be stacked and combined with prepayment discounts. You can refer your way to free service!

All prices are subject to 5% GST.

**Please note, prepaid service and gift certificates are not refundable. They can be regifted/resold, used for other products we sell, or saved for future use.
